Hyroshut

Hyroshut can automatically perform three tasks: shut down, restart, or hibernate your PC. You can tell it to hibernate your PC fifteen minutes from now, shut down your PC 3 hours from now, or shut down your PC two days from now. Just pick the task you want Hyroshut to perform, tell it when to perform it, and it’ll do as instructed.

The official Hyroshut application is in French, the Hyroshut interface is in French, and the Hyroshut setup wizard is in French as well. Still, that shouldn’t be a problem. Just run the setup wizard and click Suivant (Next) until you get to Installer (Install).

Three main sections are displayed on Hyroshut’s interface:
1. Que Faire (What to do) – eteindre (shut down), redémarrer (restart), veille prolongé (hibernate).
2. Dans combien temps (After how long) – jours (days), heures (hours), minutes.
3. Programmer – hit this button to start the countdown timer.

Let’s say that you want to restart your PC in 15 minutes. Here’s what you have to do: select redémarrer, enter the value 15 in the minutes section, and hit programmer. Hyroshut will start counting down and when the 15 minutes are up, it will automatically restart your PC.
